Responsible Gambling
with razer888
razer888 believes that healthy betting starts with self-awareness, good control, and a transparent gaming environment. This page covers everything you need to know to keep playing wisely.
Six Principles of Healthy Betting
razer888 provides a clear framework so every player can enjoy the games responsibly without affecting their daily life.
21-Year Age Limit
A razer888 account is only open to individuals aged 21 and above. We verify player identity during registration to ensure this rule is fully observed.
Personal Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. The limit you choose takes effect immediately and requires a cooling-off period before it can be increased.
Temporary Break
If you need to step away for a while, use the temporary break feature to block access to your account for a set period. During that time, you will not receive any promotions.
Self-Exclusion
A long-term self-exclusion option is available for players who need stricter control. Contact our support team to activate this — it is free and processed promptly.
Session Time Limits
Set session time reminders so you always know how long you have been playing. When the set time is up, the platform will notify you automatically.
Genuine 24/7 Support
The razer888 support team is ready to assist you in Malay and English, 24 hours a day via live chat and email — including issues related to responsible gambling.
What Is Responsible Gambling?
Responsible gambling means taking part in betting as a form of entertainment — not as a way to earn income or solve financial problems. When you play with razer888, the main goal is to have fun within your actual financial means.
Money used for betting must be money you can afford to lose. Never use funds set aside for daily needs such as rent, bills, or food as betting funds. Remember that the outcome of every game is random and cannot be predicted — no method or system guarantees a win.
Important Warning: Gambling can be addictive. If you start feeling stressed, anxious, or are making poor financial decisions because of gambling, please contact the razer888 support team or seek help immediately.
razer888 takes this responsibility seriously. Our platform is designed to give players full control over their gaming experience. Every self-control tool we offer is free, easy to access, and takes effect without unnecessary delay.
Principles of Playing Smart
A few simple guidelines that can help you stay on track:
- Set a daily or weekly budget before playing and stick to it.
- Do not try to chase losses by increasing your bets.
- Take regular breaks during a playing session.
- Do not play when you are feeling angry, sad or emotionally stressed.
- Do not let betting interfere with your family, work or social responsibilities.
- Use the self-control tools provided by razer888 before a problem gets worse.
💡 Tip: Set a playing time limit before you log in. When the time is up, close the platform regardless of the current outcome.
